  • For 4 people (12 cannelloni)
  • 12 plates of cannelloni
  • 150 g canned tuna in natural
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • Fried tomato or tomato sauce (5 or 6 tablespoons)
  • Grated gratin cheese
  • olive oil
  • Salt

For besamel:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • A butter nut
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • nutmeg

1.-Bake the pasta to prepare the tuna cannelloni in water and a little salt according to the instructions given by the manufacturer on the package. Once cooked, spread the sheets on a clean kitchen cloth, side by side without touching each other. 2.-Mix tuna, grated hard-boiled egg and tomato sauce to taste until you get a paste. Add a little salt.

3.- Place a portion of pasta on top of each cannelloni plate. With the amount of filling of this recipe (if you distribute it, you can fill 4 more tuna cannelloni). Roll each cannelloni into cylinders and leave them on top of the tray where you will gratin them.

4.- Prepare a besamel in the microwave  or in the traditional way .
