Ham and cheese crepes light (special diets): presentation
We have just started the month of September and we can already make some balance of what has been this summer. We have enjoyed the terraces with those cap and straw that so much fancied, we have eaten outside of house and some even had the luck to realize that trip with which so much time had dreamed. I hope it is so and that you have enjoyed your holidays. Now, with the recovered spirit and with lots of good memories you have to return the reality and resume the routines with the batteries well loaded. Maybe some kilo has taken care of you this summer? Do not worry because losing it will not cost you that much. I’ll give you a few recommendations. If you follow it, they will help you a lot:
Do the five meals a day to avoid starvation attacks.
Drink skim milk, yogurts and cheese.
Drink plenty of water, even if you are not thirsty, since hydrating is important at any time of the year and you will feel less hungry. With two liters a day will be enough.
Avoid all fries and cook your food boiled, steamed, grilled, baked or microwave. Limit the amount of daily oil to one or two tablespoons of olive oil. Take advantage that it is still hot to eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
If you want to chop between the hours, you can eat pickled pickles, carrot sticks, celery sticks or simply a piece of fruit or a skimmed yogurt. Never miss your fridge.
You can have cold tea and a bottle of water with lemon juice in the fridge or prepare an infusion when you get into the bug. Avoid sodas and drinks if sugar-free. Do not drink juices, take the whole fruit: you will get a greater feeling of satiety.
Add a 30-minute walk every day to your activity. If you go near, take a short detour and if you use the transport, get off a stop earlier. Avoid the elevator as much as you can.
If you follow all these recommendations and, perhaps some more that I have not mentioned, you will see how, in addition to feeling better, you manage to lower those pounds that you feel left over.
I’ll present you a recipe that will serve you for lunch, dinner or snack and, besides being very light, will make you forget that you are on a diet. I hope you enjoy these ham and cheese crepes

- 1 egg
- 100 ml skim milk
- 30 g cornstarch

For the filling:

Ham and cheese crepes light (special diets): preparation of the recipe
In a bowl, introduce the egg, milk, cornstarch and a little salt. Beat with the blender until you get a liquid cream.
Heat a nonstick skillet and grease it with a few drops of olive oil. Pass a kitchen paper to spread the oil and remove the excess.
Pour half of the preparation into the pan, taking care that the dough is completely distributed. You should cook it with the low heat to avoid burning.
When you see that it has settled and there is no liquid on the surface, turn the pancake with the aid of a spatula and let it brown on the other side. When it has browned a little remove it from the fire and, without greasing again, cook the other crepe following the same indications.
When the two crepes are ready, spread a layer of cream cheese on half of each crepe (I use with less than 5% fat and very rich), cover the cheese with slices of york ham or turkey and spice , If you want, with some spice you like (my favorite is oregano).
Fold each one in half and place them back in the pan one at a time. When the crepe is browned and the cheese is melted, you can serve them. You will see how rich they are!
In addition to all my recommendations, I can suggest that, in case of being overweight, supplement your weight loss with capsules as there 60 mg hard capsules. there is indicated for adults with a BMI of 28 or more and should be used in conjunction with a low calorie and fat diet. In addition, it is a medicine that does not need a prescription.
